Gleb Demin

Biography

My name is Gleb Demin. I am a double bass player. I study in Moscow.
I have been making music since 7 years old. Was born in Perm. There he studied cello for 6 years, then   entered Moscow to play double bass. I have been studying here for the fourth year at the Gnessin Moscow State Music School (3rd year of college). During this time, I became a laureate of various international competitions:

1) Winner of the 1st prize at CelloBass 2018 in Moscow

2) Winner of the 1st prize at MusicaClassica 2018 in Ruza

3) Winner of the 1st prize and the winner of the main special prize at the S. Koussevitsky International Double Bass Competition 2018 in St. Petersburg

4) Winner of the 1st prize and the Grand Prix at Moscow Strings 2019 in Moscow

5) Winner of the 1st prize at the Rudolf Barshay Distance Competition in Hamburg
