Biography
Xin Wen began studying violin at 5 years with her mother, continued into The Affiliated High School of Central Conservatory of Music in Beijing with Prof. Wei Dong Tong. Xin Wen obtained her bachelor and master degree at the Hanover University of Music, Drama and Media with Prof. Ulf Schneider. And now Xin Wen is studying her Konzertexamen/Meisterklasse at the University of Music Freiburg with Prof. Sabastian Hamann.
Xin Wen has won the full scholarship from the Talis Music Summer Academy in Switzerland. Won the full scholarship and worked with Prof. Boris Kuschnir in Kronberg Academy. She has also worked in masterclasses with Prof. Saschko Gawriloff in Lübeck Schleswig-Holstein Music Festival, with Prof. Hagai Shaham in Austria ISA international Music Academy, with Prof. Mauricio Fuks and Ida Haendel in Hanover University of Music, Drama and Media.
She has held chamber music recitals and orchestra concerts with Dun Tan, Christoph Eschenbach, Paavo Järvi, Kent Nagano, Juan Diego Flórez, Anna Netrebko, Sergei Dogadin, Carolin Widmann, Truls Mørk, Martin Fröst, Xian Zhang, Martha Argerich artists such as and many more.
Xin Wen serves as Interpreter and teaching assistant at the International Music Festival/Masterclass in China Qingdao. And serves as second concertmaster of the Philharmonic Orchestra / State Theater Bremerhaven. She collaborates periodically with the NDR philharmonie orchestra and Goettingen symphony orchestra in Germany.
