Leonardo Pittella

Biography

Entered the I Minipolifonici di Trento school in 2003. Studied with Gustavo Gatica from 2004-2012. Took classes with María Luisa Macellaro, Irene Veneziano, Bruno Gelber, Alan Weiss and Daniel Rivera. Studied with Master Roberto Urbay in 2012. Gave chamber and solo concerts in Argentina, Italy and France and performed with the Mendoza Philarmonic and Symphony Orchestra. Awards: Mention in the Cathedral Foundation Competition, La Plata, 2009; 1st Prize in 2012; 1st Prize in the Necochea Competition 2013, 1st Prize in the International Music Tournament, Paris 2014, and 1st Prize in the UnCuyo Young Talent Competition.  Studied with Master Daniel Rivera in 2015-2016. Studies at the Faculty of Arts and Design with Roberto Urbay since 2017. Plays a repertoire from Baroque to contemporary music.
