Poland, Warsaw Mazovia Harp
Kalina Nowaczek was born in 2006. She had started her music adventure at the age of three learning to play the violin but when she first heard the harp solo she decided she would be a harpist.
Currently she is a student of Natalia Dymarska at Grażyna Bacewicz Secondary Music School No. 3 in Warsaw.
She is a prizewinner of a number of Polish and international harp competitions, among them Karol Groll Polish National Harp Competition in Warsaw (2017 and 2019), Karel Patras International Harp Competition in Prague (2019), World Open Online Music Competition (2020, 2021), Polish National Harp Competition „Młode Talenty” in Szczecin (2019, 2021).
She has also attended harp masterclasses conducted by prof. Adelheid Blovsky-Miller, Anna Sikorzak-Olek, Anna Piechura-Gabryś, Zuzanna Elster.
In the second round of the contest Kalina plays:
