ANNA-MARIA GYPAKI

Biography

Anna Maria Gypaki was born on 17th of December 2006 and she has started violin lessons at the age of 6. Her teachers  was  Konstantikos Pavlakos, Marina Selkova and her current professor is George Petropoulos. She got accepted at the State Conservatory of Thessaloniki with excellent reviews.

She is a member of 3 Orchestras: 

-"MOYSA" Orchestra of the Thessaloniki Concert Hall 
- The State Symphonic Orchestra of State Conservatory of Thessaloniki 
- The Symphonic Orchestra of the Hellenic College of Thessaloniki

She has been participating in various Music Festivals and International Music Competitions and received many achievements.

 Awards :

-In 2018 Panhellenic Talent Live Music Competition of the Filonas Foundation, Athens, Bronze Medal.

- International online contest Online Wave, 2021 / Spain
I Prize,  95/100 points.

-International online contest World Art Games, 2021 / Spain

-International online contest Music Box, 2021 /United Kingdom of Great Britain, competition of two rounds with different repertoire

-Danubia Talents 3rd "Wiener Klassiker" International Online Music Competition 2021, Budapest Hungary, String Soloist, age group 14-17 years, 
Third Place Winner of the 2021, in 41 Countries. 

-King's Peak International Music Competition, global online classical music competition, age category 14 – 16 years Third Place Winner of the 2021 U.S.

-From over 40 countries worldwide, American Youth Musician Union 
Third Place Winner of the 2021 American Music International  Talent Competition 

-2021 International Music Competition "London" Grand Prize Virtuoso
Chosen as a FIRST PRIZE Winner of this year's "Grand Prize Virtuoso"  
competition in London and have been invited to make her debut in London that she will perform at the Elgar Room, Royal Albert  Hall.

-2021 "Golden Classical Music Awards" International Competition
Chosen as a FIRST PRIZE Winner and have been invited to make her debut to perform in America at the Weill Recital Hall at Carnegie Hall.
