Biography
Mikhail Krasnenker was born in Moscow on December 6, 2001. He started piano lessons at the age of 5. At 6, Mikhail was admitted at the Moscow Gnessin School of Music where he has been studying with Prof. Tatyana Zelikman till his graduation in 2018. Since 2018 Mikhail studies in Hochschule Luzern Musik with Professor Konstantin Lifschitz.
During his studies he participated in various music festivals and competitions, such as: „Rheingau Music Festival“ 2013; „Winteravondenaan de Amstel Festival“ 2015; „Young Pianist of the North“-Competition 2015 in New-Castle (3rd Place); „Youth Classic Festival“ in Rheinau 2018; „Young Stars at Rhine“ 2019. In 2019 and 2020 he became a prize-winner of Hella Siegrist-Foundation Competition in Lucerne. In 2020 he participated in the Summer-Academy of Internationale Klavierstiftung Theo und Petra Lieven, during which he participated in concerts in Gläserner Saal of Musikverein Wien and had a chance to take masterclasses by Alexei Volodin, Jean-Marc Luisada and Davide Cabassi.
