Darin Lambrev

Biography

Darin Lambrev was born on February 7, 2010 in Sofia in the family of the theatre director Nikolay Lambrev and the sculptor Ogniana Vakavlieva. He started playing piano at age 5. In 2015, he applied for and was accepted into the National School of Music "L. Pipkov " – Sofia, with violoncello. The choice of instrument is explicit from the start. Practicing piano continues as a second instrument outside the school and assist in the development of his musical culture.
His violoncello teacher is Ms Teodora Atanassova.

He participated in Allegra Master class in 2018 (Prof. Peter Somodari) and 2019 (Prof. Laslo Fenyo)

From April 2016 he participates in all master classes for cello with the French violoncellist Romain Gariou organized by NSM "L. Pipkov." (4 in number until the present moment).
