Biography
Alex Grigoryan was born in 2008 in the city of Gyumri, Armenia, into a violinists family. He has been playing the cello since the age of 7. He is a laureate of several republican and international competitions. Alex received the Grand Prix in the "Art Music", "AGBU reveals talents", First places in the "Nouveles Etoiles" (France 2020), "Medici International music competition" (England 2021). Alex has been a member of the "Meknark" State Foundation since 2019. He is a student of Professor Yerevan State Conservatory of Aram Talalyan. As a soloist, Alex has performed with the Yerevan Chamber Orchestra and the National Philharmonic Orchestra of Armenia.
