Biography

Marina Mravova started playing the piano at the age of 4. She is a student at the National School of Music “L. Pipkov” in Sofia in the class of Antonina Boneva and in the yearly master class of Professor Ludmil Angelov at NBU. Marina is a laureate of more than 40 national and international piano competitions and among her prizes is the First Absolute Prize at Euterpe Piano Competition in Corato, Italy, First and Third prizes in London Youth Piano Competition in category "Diploma"and "Free choice", respectively, Grand Prize Virtuoso Competition in Amsterdam, London Vienna, and Salzburg – First Prizes and participation in the laureate concerts at Concertgebouw Amsterdam and Mozarteum Salzburg, Craiova Piano Competition – First Prize, The Great Composers Competition Series – nine first prizes and an Artist of the Year for 2018 and 2020 – Second Prize, International Music Competition of Melos Association – 2 First Prizes, Citta di Barletta International Piano Competition 2020 – Second Prize, Val Tidone Piano Competition – third prize, Bronze Medal, and a Scholarship at the 2nd WPTA Finland IPC and many others. Marina’s been an active student in the masterclasses of Dmitri Alexeev, Pascal Nemirovski, Marco Tezza, Antonio di Cristofano, Emma Tahmizian, Katarzyna Popowa-Zydroń, Maria Prinz, Michelle Rossetti, Sergei Redkin and others.
