South Korea, Cheonan Chungcheongnam-do Piano
Kim Hyunji was born in South Korea in 1996, she started to play the piano at the age of 5.
In Korea studied at the Seoul arts center music academy for young musicians with prof. Jaeun Koo.
At age 11(2007) came to Russia to study and studied at the Central Music School of the Moscow Conservatory with professor Denis Chefanov, She graduated from Gnessin Moscow Special School of music in 2011 and graduated from Tchaikovsky Academic Music College at the Moscow State Conservatory with the highest honors in 2014.
From 2014 to 2016 studied at the Moscow Conservatory with prof. Irina Osipova.
Transferred to Austria to study German music and Austrian music in more detail, she graduated with a bachelor’s degree from University Mozarteum Salzburg in 2020, from 2020 she is studying for a master’s degree at the University Mozarteum Salzburg with prof. Thomas Boeckheler.
She is a laureate of national and international competitions.
She won Grand Prix at "World of Music", "Sekwang", "Piano Music Newspaper" and more in Korea, won the first prize at the “International Moscow Music Competition” in 2021, "21 Century Art" international competition in Ukraine, at the international competition "Masterpiece of piano music" in Moscow, she won second prize at the "Bartolomeo Cristofori" international competition in St. Petersburg.
Hyunji makes her orchestral debut in Moscow with the Moscow Chamber Orchestra Center - Slabodkina.
She has performed in several museums and halls in Russia, Germany, Austria, Korea and participated in the Messiaen's Vingt Regards sur l'enfant Jésus project in December 2019 and in the Carl Orff’s Carmina Burana project in June 2021 at the Szene Salzburg Austria.
And she was a scholarship student of Hyundai Motor Group in Moscow, in Russia.
