Biography
Helena Corana Andreula, born in 2000 in Krumbach, Germany, started her musical education with the harp at the age of five. Having found an experienced teacher in Ilse Speck, Helena began studying the harp at the city of Ulm’s school for music.
She has participated in the German country-wide competition “Jugend musiziert” various times in the category of Soloist Harp and would go on to receive multiple 1st and 2nd prizes.
Helena made her orchestral debut with the Voith Orchestra . Many orchestral performances followed, among which was a series of performances with the International Regions Symphony Orchestra conducted by Wolfram Christ.
The young artist performed two solo recitals in 2013 and 2018.
In 2018, Helena won the 1st Prize of the renowned Neue-Liszt-Stiftung. She got to be an awardee of Hermine-Klenz-Stiftung, in 2019 and 2020.
Her Bachelor’s studies for the harp commenced in 2020 at Mannheim University of Music and Performing Arts. There, she is under the tutelage of Prof. Ronith Mues.
