Biography
Pilar, born in Buenos Aires, Argentina in 2007, began playing the violin at the age of six at the Lanús School Orchestra. At the age of 11 she started working under artistic care of an outstanding violin teacher, maestro Rafael Gíntoli. She is currently studying with him.
She has performed as a soloist at several distinguished music halls worldwide, such as Teatro Colón in Buenos Aires and the CCK with the National Libertador San Martin Youth Symphony Orchestra. Also at the San Martin Theatre, the Paraná Mariano Moreno Association and the Paka Paka television channel among others.
Pilar received a scholarship from the Argentine Mozarteum in 2021 and from the National Endowment for the Arts in 2019, both granted to outstanding young performers.
She has taken Masterclasses with Ray Chen, Pavel Berman, Roberto Gonzalez-Monjas, Nicolas Datricourt, Amalia Hall, Florin Negreanu and Xavier Inchausti among other international musicians from USA, Spain, New Zealand, The Netherlands, France, Argentina and Poland.
Pilar has participated in summer festival “Festival 7 Lagos”, Villa la Angostura, Argentina in 2020, in International Festival Moscow Meets Friends 2021, Russia, and she was selected to participate at the Musica Mundi Course and Festival 2021 in Waterloo, Belgium.
In addition to performing at public concerts, masterclasses and music festivals, she has also won numerous national and international competitions.

· First Place / Special Prize at the International Online Competition and Festival “The Violin Doc” 2020 – THE NETHERLANDS
· First Place/ Excellence Award, Special Award to the best violinist - “Rezonante Sonoro Online” International Festival 2020, ROMANIA
· First Prize Contest: “MÚSICA EN CASA / Young Performers 2020 CHALLENGE” - Music Association in San Martín – ARGENTINA
Besides playing the violin, Pilar also enjoys history, reading, learning new languages, swimming and traveling.
