Biography
Pianist Isadora (Jieun) Kim was born in Korea. She began to play at age 4. After the elementary school graduation, she immigrated to Vietnam, and afterwards, she studied piano at home by herself with Youtube videos.
In 2011, at age 16, Isadora performed Tchaikovsky's Piano Concerto No.1 and Rachmaninoff Piano Concerto No.2 at Carnegie hall (Isaac Stern Auditorium), with Vietnamese National Symphony Orchestra.
Afterwards she made a lot of performances and speeches in various places (Korea, China, Japan, USA), and published her own book ‘A strange pianist’.
She is currently in fourth year of studies towards a specialist’s degree in Piano Performance in Moscow State P. I. Tchaikovsky Conservatory (Russia), under the guidance of Professor Ruvim Ostrovsky.
